Sriracha Cheddar Burgers with Blistered Shishito Peppers & Sautéed Mushrooms
TJ's really just turned things up with this Sriracha Cheddar Cheese. Get yourself a block before its too late and add it to all your burger dreams.

1. In a bowl combine your ground beef, garlic, green onion, soy sauce, pepper and cilantro. Form into patties and set aside.
2. In a skillet set to medium high toss in your shishito peppers, mushrooms and drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Cook with lid on for about 8 minutes. You want peppers to be popping and getting a little charred.
3. Prepare your grill, and cook burgers until preferred doneness. When almost done, add cheese to patties and let melt. This cheese is a little more crumbly than I thought so be prepared that it does not slice well.
4. Assemble burgers. I use my avocado as my "mayo" then add a little more sriracha, and top with your peppers and mushrooms. Enjoy!
