Miniature Caramel Apples
Nutter Butter Acorns
- 1 bag milano cookies
- 1/2 cup oil (we used olive oil)
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- miniature dark chocolate chips
- 12 crab apples
- 1 jar caramel del sol (Trader Joe's)
- 12 bamboo appetizer picks
- 1 cup peanuts, finely chopped
- 24 dark chocolate Hershey kisses
- 24 Nutter Butter bites
- miniature dark chocolate chips

Directions:
1. Line sheet pan with wax paper. Place white chocolate chips and oil in bowl and microwave for 30 seconds, take out and stir and microwave for another 20 seconds. Add additional oil if needed.
2. Spoon melted chocolate over cookies, then back onto sheet pan to harden. We put ours in the freezer for about 5 minues. Then put remaining chocolate in ziploc bag and snip the corner barely to make a fine tip. Then pipe the chocolate over the cookie in a mummy wrap design. Then place miniature chocolate chips on cookie for eyes.
Miniature Caramel Apples
Directions:
1. Pour 1/2 cup of caramel in bowl and microwave 30 seconds.
2. Wash and thoroughly dry apples, then put picks in each apple. We left some pick free to have a heigh variation on platter.
3. Dip apple in caramel about half way up the sides, then sprinle with peants. Do no roll in peanuts as this made some of the caramel fall off.
3. Set aside on wax paper before serving.
Nutter Butter Acorns
Directions:
1. Split Nutter Butter in half. Adhere Hershey kiss to the peanut butter side of the cookie. Melt a little bit of the miniature chocolate chips in microwave. Then gently tab the miniature chocolate chips in chocolate and adhere to the top of the cookie as the stem. Refrigerate to harden about 30 minutes.
