Thai Mango Salad
Thai Mango Salad
Ingredients:
- 1 box of presliced mangos, or 2 fresh mangos sliced into matchsticks
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon Thai chili sauce
- 1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- juice of 2 limes
- 1 bunch of fresh mint, finely chopped
- 1 bunch fresh cilantro, finely chopped
- 1 cup roasted unsalted peanuts
Directions:
1. Thinly slice your mango into matchsticks, red bell pepper and red onion. Add to bowl and mix together. Then add your soy sauce, fish sauce, Thair Chili sauce, and lime to bowl and mix all ingredients well. Then add your fresh herbs. Sprinkle with peanuts and serve.
