Cherry & Labne on Charred Toasts

Ingredients:
Directions:
1. Add green onions and cherries to a bowl. Toss with olive oil, lemon juice, kosher salt and pepper. Let sit.
2. Prepare your grill or broiler. Cut bread into individual toasts and brush with olive oil. Grill cut side down until bread is golden. We like a lot of char so we kept it on a little longer.
3. Let toasts cool a bit then top with labne (you can also use ricotta here). Arrange on your serving platter and top generously with cherry mixture. Enjoy!
