Crispbread with Goat Cheese, Chutney & Prosciutto
This recipe is so easy I almost didn't share, however, it is so simple and delicious for a savory breakfast, lunch or afternoon snack. The options on the type of toast or crisp you use is really endless so mix it up with whatever you have on hand.

1. Spread toast or crispbread with goat cheese (or whatever cheese you selected). Layer with Mango Ginger Chutney. Top with prosicutto and fresh arugula. Enjoy!
