Sweet Tea & Sriracha Hawaiian Pork Bowls
Sweet Tea & Sriracha Hawaiian Pork Bowls
Ingredients:
Directions:
1. In a ziploc bag, combine your tea, bbq sauce and orange juice. Mix well. Then add pork tenderloin to bag and let marinade for at least 6 hours before cooking - I wouldn't recommend marinading for more than 24 hours.
2. When you are ready to begin cooking, heat your grill. Remove tenderloin from marinade and grill. Cook for about 7-8 minutes on both sides. Until center is done.
3. Toss the pineapple, jalapeno and onion with olive oil and kosher salt and pepper. You have the option to cook the pineapple, onion and jalapeno on the grill or you can do it stove top fajita style. Often times I take care of these items inside while my favorite Trader is grilling outside.
3. While pineapple mixture is cooking, chop your cilantro, lime and avocado. Also a good time to microwave your Trader Joe's Rice Medley. Yes, I'm using microwaveable rice. You can use any cooking method you like! You can also do brown or white rice, whatever is easy! Or, even just serve on greens. When pork is done, slice, assemble bowls with pork, pineapple, onion, jalapeno, cilantro, avocado and top with squeeze of lime. Enjoy!
