Grilled Grapes with Fresh Burrata & Basil

Grilled Grapes with Fresh Burrata and Basil

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups fresh red grapes
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, grated
  • 2 balls fresh burrata
  • 6 leaves basil, finely chopped
  • kosher salt & fresh ground pepper
  • fresh baguette
  • Directions:

    1. Put grapes in bowl vinegar, olive oil, garlic, 3 leaves of basil, salt and pepper. Marinade for 30 minutes to one hour.

    2. When done, skewer 6-8 grapes onto wood skewers. Heat grill pan to medium high heat. Once pan is hot, add skewers and grill about 1 minute on each side.

    3. On your serving platter, arrange burrata, set skewers against burrata. Drizzle with leftover marinade. Sprinkle with fresh basil. Serve with fresh baguette.
