Toppings:
Directions:
1. Heat oil at a medium heat, add your garlic and sautée. Add the entire package of your sirloin pieces. Cook on medium high until juice have evaporated and beef pieces start to brown on the outsides about 8-10 minutes. Then add your Korean BBQ Sauce and mix well. Cook another 5 minutes. Then squeeze juice of one lime over meat.
2. While meat is finishing up, cook your two bags of rice. We use this microwaveable rice but if that is not your thing, prepare your rice you prefer stove top. Then pour rice into serving bowls (this quantity of meat serves 4 bowls)
3. Layer your bowls with rice, beef, peppers, carrots, green onion and cilantro. Then sprinkle bowl with sesame seeds. Garnish with a wedge of lime.
